Software License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), the
end user, and SoftCentre, Inc.  If you do not agree to the terms of this
agreement, delete this evaluation software from your machine within 30 days.

The computer program you, the Licencee, are about to install - "Publicity" -
referred to in this agreement as "the Software", is owned by SoftCentre
Incorporated ("SoftCentre") and is protected by United States and International
Copyright Laws.

The Licensee is the person, or in the case of an employee or officer of a
company, the company, who accepts these terms and installs the software.
SoftCentre grants to Licensee a nonexclusive, nontransferrable license
("the License") to use the Software on a single compatible computer for a period
of 30 days for evaluation purposes

Licensee may copy the Software to the hard disk of the single computer and
may make one backup copy of the Software only for archival purposes. All
trademark and copyright notices must be faithfully reproduced and included on
the backup copy.

Licensee may not:

*	Loan, rent, lease or sublease any portion of the Software.
*	Disassemble, decompile or otherwise reverse engineer the Software.
*	Alter, adapt, merge, translate, or in any way modify the software.

Licensee agrees that the use of the Software is entirely at Licencees own
risk.

SoftCentre disclaims and excludes any and all implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement
except as contained in this agreement. SoftCentre shall not be liable for
any special, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages even
if SoftCentre has been informed of the possibility of such damages.
SoftCentre is not responsible for any loss of business profits, business
interruption, loss of data, damage to equipment, or other pecuniary loss
arising from the use of the Software.
AS A SPECIFIC,  SOME ADHESIVE LABEL MANUFACTURERS
WARN AGAINST THE PRACTICE OF PASSING ADHESIVE LABEL
SHEETS THROUGH PRINTER MECHANISMS MORE THAN ONCE.
BEFORE Licensee ATTEMPTS SUCH AN OPERATION Licensee
IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ESTABLISHING THAT SUCH OPERATION
WILL NOT CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE PRINTER. NO WARRANTY OF
THE SUITABILITY OF THE SOFTWARE FOR SUCH OPERATIONS
IS IMPLIED. IN ANY CASE SoftCentre ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY
FOR ANY DAMAGE OF ANY KIND OR FOR ANY LOSS OF TIME
OR INCONVENIENCE ARISING FROM THE USE OF ADHESIVE
LABEL SHEETS OF ANY SORT IN ANY WAY WITH ANY PRINTER.

U.S. Government Restricted Rights

The Software and accompanying documentation is provided with restricted
rights.  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. Government is subject to
restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical
Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252-227-7013 or
subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software -
Restricted Rights at CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. The Manufacturer is
SoftCentre Inc, 30 Petersburg Road, Hackettstown, NJ 07840.
